1. Services Description

Amir Home Solutions is a real estate solutions company that purchases residential properties directly from homeowners. We provide cash offers for homes in any condition throughout Georgia. Our services include:

• Evaluating properties submitted through our website or by phone
• Making cash purchase offers for qualifying properties
• Facilitating real estate transactions with willing sellers
• Following up with leads and prospective sellers via phone, email, and SMS

We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, and we do not act as your agent. We are direct buyers.

2. Eligibility

By using our website and submitting a form, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have legal authority to submit information about the property referenced
• You are providing accurate and truthful information
• You are not a minor in your jurisdiction

3. SMS / Text Message Terms

3.1 Program Description

Amir Home Solutions offers two SMS messaging programs:

• Marketing SMS Program: Promotional and marketing messages related to our home buying services, including cash offer information, property-related promotions, and service announcements.
• Transactional SMS Program: Service-related, non-promotional messages directly related to your real estate inquiry, including appointment reminders, offer status updates, document requests, and transaction follow-ups.

3.2 How to Opt In (Consent)

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from us by:

• Checking the applicable SMS consent checkbox(es) on our website lead form and submitting your information
• Replying to a communication from us in a manner that constitutes consent
• Providing written consent via any other method we make available

By opting in, you expressly consent to receive text messages at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You are not required to consent to SMS communications in order to receive a cash offer or do business with us.

When you opt in, we retain a record of your consent including the date, time, and method of opt-in.

3.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and selected preferences. You may receive up to 5 messages per month under normal circumstances. During active transaction periods or in response to your communications, frequency may be higher. We will never send you more messages than necessary to fulfill the purpose of the program you enrolled in.

• Reply STOP MARKETING to opt out of marketing messages only

• Call us at 470-269-7042 and request to be removed

After we receive your opt-out request, we will send one final confirmation message. Following that, you will not receive any further SMS messages from us, except as required by law or unless you re-subscribe. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive a cash offer or conduct business with us.

3.7 Supported Carriers

3.8 Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Delivery issues may occur due to factors outside our control including network outages, carrier limitations, or device issues.

3.9 Privacy of SMS Communications

Your phone number and SMS consent information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number to third parties for their own marketing use. See Section 4 of our Privacy Policy for details on how we use and protect your phone number.

3.10 Short Code / Long Code

SMS messages from us may be sent via a dedicated long code, toll-free number, or short code registered to Amir Home Solutions. Always verify the sender before responding to any message.

4. Website Use

By accessing our website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the security or functionality of the site
• Attempt to access systems or data not intended for you
